Bredon Under 12s’ progress to the Cotswold Hills League shield final was marked by coverage in the local press.
The Evesham Journal carried a large picture-story about the match against Alcester and Ragley, which was played at Evesham Cricket Club.
Unfortunately, the game ended in defeat for Bredon, but just reaching the final was testament to the hard work put in by the boys and their coach, Mark Notley, over the season.
