The Under 15s are having a strong run in the Cheltenham, Gloucester and Forest of Dean League, going top after demolishing Upton St Leonards.

Will Wilson retired for the second week running with an unbeaten 50. The previous week Luke Plane also retired on 50.

Keep up the hard work and commitment, guys. You are a pleasure to watch.

Bredon Third XI, including several of the Under 15s team, are also enjoying a successful season. This is due to strong juniors coming through the ranks, together with the support of a few senior figures.

Luke hit his first maiden senior 50 at Birlingham for the Third XI, ending up on 62 and taking three wickets to boot. A great day’s cricket, Luke. Well done!

Cole Notley, another of the Under 15s, is the leading wicket-taker in Worcestershire Division 12. Last week he got his name on the Worcestershire League weekly board of honours after taking four wickets for 15 runs.

Bredon Third XI are in second place, with their last game on Saturday (July 13) against Evesham at Harvington.
